The course is divided into six lessons for about 25-30 minutes on my platsform where I inspire with one, two or three chapters from the book. All videos can be watched over and over again. And you choose what pace you want to do the course, so you can adapt completely to life.

The first part of the course focuses on backgrounds, experimentation and letting go of control, the second part inspires you to continue with the backgrounds and go with the flow.

Q & A

What do you learn in the course?
I teach lots of lovely techniques from my book Joy & Art. Such as bubbles, crackling and the super power of the acrylic. Techniques that release control and instead shift focus to simplicity and learning to love the process. The focus is lightness, joy and undemandingness. I show step by step how to create a painting layer by layer from start to finish. Without any idea or plan for the outcome of what it will be. I’m sharing my best tips you’ll ever need to get started and find your inner artist and glow. Maybe it has been sleeping for a while or needs new inspiration?

What materials are needed to participate?
The only thing needed is a few tubes of acrylic paint and something to paint on. I can warmly recommend wallpaper to paint on, maybe there is a roll lying around at home somewhere? So you don’t have to buy a lot of material, we keep it simple. We use recycling and fun tools we have at home. Simple right?

Is the book required to participate?
No, but most people like to have it to keep up with. Plus there are even more techniques in the book than what I show. You can start without it and then buy it afterwards if you wish.

On my platform on this website. And when you have booked, you will receive a separate email (one or two days after) with a link and all the information you need to start.

How long do you have access to the course?
There is no time limit at all and you can watch over and over again as often as you want. Take the time you have – how much or how little – your choise. Just login to the platsform and watch whenever you want, no time limit.

Beginner or experienced?
Everyone can participate, it doesn’t matter if you’ve never painted before or if you’re used to it. Because everyone starts from themselves and there is no right or wrong in art.
